Tiempo Soccer Academy Winter Clinic Guidelines:
While not engaged in the core activity of a practice session, social distance will be kept at all times between all players, parents and coaches.
A mask is required to be worn to and from the field when arriving and departing a session. During the core activity of training sessions masks will not be required. However must be worn when not engaged in activity.
Each player will be assigned their own “personal area” on the field for belongings. Players are expected to maintain their personal belongings in their assigned area at all times. Players are NOT allowed to enter another player’s personal area at any time. Additionally, parents and guardians are not allowed to enter the field or any player’s “personal area” at any time.
Temperature checks will occur prior to the beginning of each session. If a player has a temperature above 100 degrees, players will be asked to return home and monitor their condition.
All players are expected to arrive prior to their scheduled session time to have their temperature checked and be assigned a personal area.
All players are required to bring their own ball and water bottle to each session. ALL items including ball and water should be labeled with the player’s name or initials.
If a player or parent is not feeling well and develops symptoms, written notification must be given right away. We ask that any player or parent not feeling well remain at home and monitor their condition.

By registering and attending our winter clinic 2020/21, you agree to follow the guidelines put in place by Coach Fernando and Tiempo Soccer Academy. You also acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending training, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Tiempo Soccer Academy or Coach Fernando liable for any illness or injury. Lastly, you are affirming that you are currently in good health and that you and your child are not experiencing any symptoms.

Sharing Information
We DO NOT rent, sell, or otherwise share your PII and non-personal information for any purpose other than those limited purposes described herein. Those limited purposes may include sharing such information with vendors who need the information to process and fulfill customer transactions, such as a third party payment processor. However in most cases payment information will be provided by the customer directly to our third party payment processor.
Photo and Video Use
Company may take Photos and Videos during sessions for the benefits of assisting coaches and players in improving training. Any photos or videos taken during sessions are solely owned by the Company and may be used in connection to advertising the Company, including but not limited to the Company’s social media and website.

Your Rights & Choices
You may opt-out of receiving further communications from Company. Users of Site may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional emails from Company by (1) following the “unsubscribe” instructions in any such e-mail received by user, or (2) writing to coachfernando@tiemposoccer.com.
Change in Policy:
Company may, from time to time, amend this Policy, in whole or part, in its sole discretion. Depending on the nature of the change, we will either announce the change (1) on the privacy policy page of the site, or (2) provide such notice via e-mail to registrants.
