Academy Programs
Our academy programs are about commitment and self-improvement. We welcome athletes willing to learn and ready to put in the time and effort to reach the next level in their development.
For Tiempo Street, Clinics and other programs you can enroll here on our site. You can read more on those by clicking in the menu.
For our Academy programs, they require an application and assessment process. These programs are only for serious athletes and families. Commitment from the athlete and their family is a primary consideration for entry into any academy program.
Academy programs require a minimum of a 'seasonal' commitment (Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer). But many families join our academy programs as yearly members. Applications are taken year round as athletes can enter throughout the year (assuming availability).
If you’re focused on long term development and helping your child gain individual ability, game understanding and overall improved confidence and performance, on and off the field, we invite you to apply. Please note our academy programs help players develop beyond the field. Most notably improving their athletic independence, responsibility and ownership of their development.
The application process is as follows:
-
Submit your information
-
Schedule a 15-30 minute Parent/Guardian Zoom Call via our booking system.
-
Parent/Guardian Attends Zoom Call (athlete not required)
After the Zoom Call we may proceed with an assessment for your child.

What/How:
At Our Sessions:
-
Primary focus is on individual ability for ball possession and retention. Which means a lot of ball control and mastery, dribbling and 1v1 ability among other technical and fundamental aspects of the game.
-
Sessions also focus on spatial awareness. Helping athletes gain orientation in their control and technical skill. As well as athletic development including motor control, body weight shifting, reaction and agility.
-
All sessions are 'progressive games based' - meaning we use real game situations to teach for understanding. Applying all technical and physical skill into game like sessions.
At Home:
-
Athletes receive at home skill work and accountability, helping them develop their passion and skill away from our sessions.
-
This is coach assigned and self-assigned.
-
We believe for athletes to fulfill their potential they MUST learn to value time on the ball, AT HOME. Away from the team and social environment.
-
That said, we take a long term outlook and keep things simple for the young athletes at home. The goal is to build consistently over time.

Program goal/outcome: Taking the individual athlete to the next level in their development. Athletes gain further technical skill development. The focus becomes shifts to applying and learning the tactical side of the game. Improving the athlete's fundamental game understanding. Further developing confidence in their ability and knowledge.
Our mentorship reaches beyond the field. We empower athletes by teaching them how to take ownership for their development. Athletes learn to take control and transform their confidence on and off the field in the process.
